Chime in! (Ages 9–12: AFTERNOON; Two weeks)

Fuel your curiosity and imagination in the clay studio at Virginia MOCA! In this two-week-long ceramics camp, we'll go on a sensory journey as we create a variety of sound-makers with clay! From hanging wind chimes that harmonize with our surroundings, to fruit-themed shakers and tabletop mini chimes, every masterpiece crafted during this camp will reveal the transformative magic of the ceramic process. All finished works will be kiln-fired and glazed to ensure their durability.
