Teen Studio: Zines! Any Means Necessary

Join us for a free, drop-in workshop and produce your own Zine! A Zine is a self-published DIY magazine/booklet that can contain anything that speaks to you! Contents can range from serious to silly, thoughtful poetry or drawings of penguins….A perfect platform to share unconventional ideas, perspectives, and stories. Imagery can be hand illustrated or cut out of magazines, words can be written or stenciled. You’ll have the opportunity to promote your zine by creating buttons and stickers, and leave with photocopies of their zine to share with the world and visitors of MOCA!

Teen Studio is a free drop-in workshop, stay for 5 minutes or the whole afternoon. Materials are provided, though feel free to bring in your go to sketchbook and any photographs, collage materials, drawings, ideas, etc!
