Creative Composition for More Intentional Photos

In this intensive, four-week class, students will explore the fundamental rules of composition that govern stronger, more compelling images. Through a combination of lecture, critique, discussion and weekly assignments, students will focus on the elements of strong composition both in their work and in others, ultimately creating better-composed, more intentional images. While the fundamentals of manual camera settings will be touched upon, they will not be taught. Participants should have an understanding of the manual settings on their camera and how to use them.
