Mini Make-it with MOCA: Building the Future

Create a building of the future inspired by the paintings of Julie Heffernan in this hands-on family workshop. Explore three-dimensional materials to design and build a structure that can withstand the challenges we will face in the future such as sea-level rise. Spend time in the galleries to brainstorm and plan out their design. Open to ages 5 and up of all levels of experience who are interested in making something by hand and having a fun! No art experience is necessary. Both children and parent/guardian must pre-register.
