Description

Ceramics II & III
Instructor: Dede Schmidt
Students explore intermediate and advanced techniques to refine their handbuilding, wheel-throwing, decorating and glazing skills. New artistic directions in materials, methods and design are sources of study. Students look at contemporary ceramicists to better inform their own process. Students are required to purchase a basic ceramics tool kit (available at Michael’s or Jerry’s Artarama).  All clay must be purchased through MOCA.
